PK Endlers UNSEXED WILD NEOCARIDINA SHRIMP are now available at our Ebay store!  They come in two color groups (with variations): Blue and Clear. Occasionally throw other colors. PK Endlers is also working on a brown/black/red neocaridina colony as well, which might be available by October (our last shipping month for livestock this year). These are not fancy, high-cost neocaridina. These are basic, wild, tank-raised Florida neocaridina. The original livestock came from the Garden of Eder. • Our livestock's safe arrival is PK Endlers' priority! PK ENDLERS reserves the right to hold orders due to extreme weather (if anywhere along the travel route dips below 40F or above 90F). We do this because heat packs can stop working when exposed to temperatures below 40F, and ice packs melt away faster at higher temperatures. Planes and trucks used to deliver your fish have no air conditioning or heating to protect livestock (nevermind the poor delivery drivers). Weather dictates PK Endlers live animal & plant shipment methods & timing.

• If your order is held due to extreme weather, you have the option to cancel your order. We won't hold your money for ransom.  :)

• EXTREME WEATHER DELIVERY PRO TIP: Can't receive shipment at home? Send the package to your office, or to a friend/family member who can receive them for you. You can also have the package held at your local Post Office for pick-up (call your local USPS for details). If no one receives the package at time of drop off and it is left outside in extreme weather conditions (45 F or below; 80 F or above), the PK Endlers LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE is void.

​For the health & safety of our livestock, PK Endlers does not recommend shipping Live Animals/Plants from October 31st until January 15th (PK Endlers Holiday Shipping Break). If you absolutely MUST have livestock shipped during this period, it will be by FEDEX Overnight Only. Our LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE is null and void during this period due to excess holiday shipping traffic. PK Endler's official winter shipping season runs from January 16th - April 1st every year. Again, we only ship Fedex Overnight during this period. The health & safety our livestock is PK Endlers priority.

IN THE EVENT OF DOA: DO NOT OPEN THE BAG! First - message us within 1 hour of recorded delivery time via EBAY messaging.  We need 5 CLEAR pictures of the DOA in the bag (as-is) showing their condition upon arrival, in front of our box with your address visible. ATTACH THE IMAGES TO YOUR MESSAGE VIA EBAY MESSAGING. 

 

WE ONLY ISSUE REFUNDS FOR DOA. Shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE. Shipping is a separate agreement with you and a shipping company, facilitated by Ebay. PK ENDLERS CANNOT GUARANTEE THE PERFORMANCE OF ANOTHER COMPANY.​

• Unless otherwise noted, your fish will be unsexed fry or young adults. Young adults will not look exactly like adult fish. They need time to grow, change and mature. WE SHIP OUR FISH YOUNG BECAUSE THEY SURVIVE SHIPPING AND ADAPT TO VARIOUS WATER CONDITIONS BETTER THAN MATURE ADULTS.

• We are not responsible for ANY loss once the live fish (or plants) are delivered into your possession.
